KingsPoint CrossFit offers Open Gym hours for a variety of fitness goals. During these times, clients are encouraged to work on individualized programs to increase strength and develop more efficient movement patterns. Open Gym can be used for experimentation with different types of training and equipment such as weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning.
